Setting Up Email on Your Mobile Device

Add your Ellebyte email to your smartphone for access on the go.

iPhone / iPad (iOS Mail App)

1. Go to Settings → Mail → Accounts → Add Account.
2. Select Other at the bottom.
3. Tap Add Mail Account.
4. Enter your name, full email address, password, and a description.
5. Tap Next. Choose IMAP.
6. Enter the server details:
   • Incoming Host: mail.yourdomain.com
   • Outgoing Host: mail.yourdomain.com
   • Username: your full email address
   • Password: your email password
7. Tap Save.

Android (Gmail App)

1. Open the Gmail app and tap your profile photo.
2. Tap Add another account → Other.
3. Enter your full email address and tap Manual setup.
4. Choose Personal (IMAP).
5. Enter your password.
6. Enter the incoming server: mail.yourdomain.com, port 993, SSL.
7. Enter the outgoing server: mail.yourdomain.com, port 465, SSL.
8. Tap Next to complete setup.

Push Notifications

IMAP accounts support push or scheduled sync. For near-instant notifications on iOS, set Fetch New Data → Push in Settings → Mail → Accounts → Fetch New Data.
