Creating a Professional Email Account

Steps

1. Log in to cPanel.
2. Under Email, click Email Accounts.
3. Click Create.
4. Enter the desired username (e.g., info or sales).
5. Select your domain from the dropdown.
6. Set a strong password.
7. Set the mailbox quota (storage limit for this inbox). Leave blank for unlimited.
8. Click Create.

• Premium / VIP: Unlimited email accounts

Accessing Your New Email

You can access your new email account in two ways:

• Webmail: Visit https://yourdomain.com/webmail and log in with the full email address and password.
• Email client: Configure an email app (Outlook, Thunderbird, iPhone Mail) using IMAP/SMTP settings — see the Email Client Setup guide.
