Configuring cPanel Email in Microsoft Outlook
Follow these steps to add your Ellebyte email account to Microsoft Outlook (any version).
IMAP Settings (Recommended)
IMAP syncs your email across all devices and keeps messages on the server.

Steps in Outlook
- Open Outlook and go to File → Add Account.
- Enter your full email address and click Advanced options → Let me set up my account manually.
- Choose IMAP.
- Enter the incoming and outgoing server settings from the table above.
- Enter your password when prompted and click Connect.
Replace
yourdomain.com with your actual domain name. If SSL gives a certificate warning, try using your server hostname instead.
