All hosting plans and domain packages are priced as posted on our website at the time of purchase. Prices are displayed in USD by default. Philippine-based clients may also view prices in PHP based on a live USD-to-PHP exchange rate.
Placing an order constitutes your agreement to these Terms of Service. Orders are not binding until payment has been confirmed and an invoice has been marked as paid.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, particularly orders suspected to involve fraudulent activity or violations of these terms.
Hosting accounts are activated within 15 minutes to 24 hours after payment confirmation. Domain registrations typically propagate within 24 to 48 hours of activation.
Activation is subject to successful payment verification. If your account has not been activated within 24 hours of confirmed payment, please open a support ticket.
Welcome emails containing your cPanel credentials will be sent to your registered email address upon successful activation.
Ellebyte accepts the following payment methods:
All online payments are processed securely through PayMongo, a BSP-regulated payment service provider. Ellebyte does not store your card or e-wallet credentials.
Invoices are due within 7 days of issuance. Unpaid invoices after the due date may result in service suspension after the applicable grace period.
You may upgrade your hosting plan at any time while your subscription is active. Upgrade requests are processed upon payment of the difference or the new plan invoice.
Plan upgrades are not eligible for promotional discounts or voucher codes unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
Downgrading to a lower plan is permitted provided your current resource usage does not exceed the limits of the lower plan. We reserve the right to deny downgrades that would result in data loss without prior data reduction by the client.
Renewal invoices are generated automatically before your subscription or domain expires. You will receive reminder emails 30, 14, and 7 days before expiry.
Renewals made within 10 days after expiry are accepted subject to a 20% late renewal fee. After the 10-day grace window, the account and all associated files, databases, and email accounts may be permanently deleted without further notice.
Domain renewals not completed before expiry may result in the domain entering a redemption period. We strongly advise maintaining regular backups.
Promotional discounts are valid only during the specified promotion period and must be applied at checkout using the published voucher code. Voucher codes cannot be applied retroactively to existing or paid invoices.
Each voucher code may have usage limits and expiry dates. Ellebyte reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion without prior notice.
Promotions and discounts do not apply to domain renewals, plan upgrades, or third-party add-on services unless explicitly stated.
Our technical support covers hosting-related issues including:
Support is provided through the Support Ticket system in your Client Dashboard. Response times: Budget — within 24 hours; Premium — within 4–8 hours; VIP — within 1–2 hours.
Support does not cover issues arising from client-side code, third-party plugins, or misconfigurations made by the client.
Premium and VIP hosting plans include daily automated backups. Budget plan clients are responsible for maintaining their own backups.
On-demand backup retrieval or restoration is available for a service fee of ₱500.00. If your website has been compromised, recovery is available at a fee equal to your applicable annual hosting fee. We do not guarantee 100% recovery in all cases.
For expired accounts, file retrieval may be possible at $0.20 per file successfully retrieved.
You agree not to use Ellebyte hosting services for any of the following:
Violation may result in immediate account suspension without refund. Serious violations will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
Ellebyte targets a 99.9% uptime for all hosting services. Scheduled maintenance windows will be announced in advance wherever possible.
Downtime caused by factors outside our control — including DDoS attacks, upstream network issues, natural disasters, or force majeure events — is excluded from our uptime calculations. Downtime caused by client-side code, misconfigurations, or resource exhaustion is also excluded.
Service credits for qualifying unplanned downtime may be requested through the support ticket system within 7 days of the incident.
You may cancel your hosting account at any time by opening a support ticket requesting cancellation. Refunds for unused billing periods are issued at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.
Ellebyte reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates the Acceptable Use Policy, remains unpaid beyond the grace period, or is found to be used for fraudulent or illegal activity.
Upon termination, all hosting data including files, databases, and email may be permanently deleted. Ellebyte is not responsible for data loss following account termination.
Ellebyte collects and processes personal information — including your name, email address, and billing details — solely for the purpose of providing our services. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to process payments (e.g., PayMongo).
By registering an account, you consent to receiving transactional emails (invoices, renewal reminders, ticket updates). You may opt out of promotional emails at any time.
Your data is protected in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ellebyte IT Solutions & Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including loss of data, revenue, profits, or business interruption.
Our total liability in any matter arising from these terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Ellebyte in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Isabela, Philippines.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
