Opening a Support Ticket
If you need assistance with your hosting, billing, or any technical issue, you can open a support ticket directly from your dashboard.
Steps
- Log in to your Client Dashboard.
- Click Support Tickets in the left sidebar.
- Click Open New Ticket.
- Select the appropriate department (Technical Support, Billing, General).
- Enter a descriptive subject and a detailed message describing your issue.
- Click Submit Ticket.
Response Times
- Budget plan: Response within 24 hours (email support)
- Premium plan: Response within 4–8 hours (priority support)
- VIP plan: Response within 1–2 hours (dedicated support)
Tips for Faster Resolution
- Include your domain name or subscription ID in the ticket.
- Describe the exact steps that led to the issue.
- Attach screenshots if applicable.
- Include any error messages you are seeing.
