Opening a Support Ticket

If you need assistance with your hosting, billing, or any technical issue, you can open a support ticket directly from your dashboard.

Steps

  1. Log in to your Client Dashboard.
  2. Click Support Tickets in the left sidebar.
  3. Click Open New Ticket.
  4. Select the appropriate department (Technical Support, Billing, General).
  5. Enter a descriptive subject and a detailed message describing your issue.
  6. Click Submit Ticket.

Response Times

  • Budget plan: Response within 24 hours (email support)
  • Premium plan: Response within 4–8 hours (priority support)
  • VIP plan: Response within 1–2 hours (dedicated support)

Tips for Faster Resolution

  • Include your domain name or subscription ID in the ticket.
  • Describe the exact steps that led to the issue.
  • Attach screenshots if applicable.
  • Include any error messages you are seeing.
