Thank you for choosing Ellebyte IT Solutions & Services as your hosting provider. This guide walks you through the first steps to get your website online.
Step 1 — Log In to Your Dashboard
Visit your https://ellebyte.com/login.php and sign in with the email and password you registered with. Once logged in, you will be taken to your Client Dashboard.
Step 2 — Review Your Order
Navigate to Invoices in the sidebar. Pay any unpaid invoice to activate your hosting subscription. Accepted payment methods include GCash, Maya, and Credit/Debit Card.
Step 3 — Access cPanel
After your subscription is activated, go to Subscriptions and click Manage on your plan. You will find your cPanel login link, username, and a button to set your password.
Step 4 — Upload Your Website
Log in to cPanel and use the File Manager to upload your website files to the public_html folder. Alternatively, use an FTP client such as FileZilla.
Step 5 — Point Your Domain
If your domain is registered elsewhere, update its nameservers to point to Ellebyte's nameservers. DNS changes may take up to 24–48 hours to propagate worldwide.
