Logging In to Your Client Dashboard
Your Client Dashboard is where you manage your subscriptions, domains, invoices, and support tickets.
Steps
- Go to the Ellebyte website and click Login in the top navigation bar.
- Enter your registered email address and password.
- Click Sign In. You will be redirected to your dashboard.
Forgot Your Password?
- On the login page, click Forgot your password?
- Enter your registered email address and submit the form.
- Check your inbox for a password reset link. The link expires in 60 minutes.
- Click the link, enter a new password, and log in.
Account Locked?
After several failed login attempts, your account may be temporarily locked for security. Wait 15 minutes and try again, or contact support to unlock your account manually.
Security tip: Always use a strong, unique password and never share your login credentials with anyone.
